Types of Certifications
EPA has developed four types of certification:

For servicing or disposing of high- or very high-pressure appliances, except small appliances and MVACs (Type II).

For servicing or disposing of low-pressure appliances (Type III).

For servicing all types of equipment (Universal).

By using high performance digital scanning tools our certified refrigerant technician is able to fast determined the running status and diagnose any AC system and generate an easy to understand report that can be chare with the client.

With this technology our costumers can have documentation showing the what is wrong and the recommendations to solve the their AC issues.

AC Prevention Maintenance
Preforming a pre service diagnostic scan is important to stablish how efficient the system is operating before the following:

Clean or replace filters as needed.

Check the condenser and evaporator coil make sure the is free of dirt. Clean as needed.

Inspect for possible blockage in the drain lines to allow free flow. Flash as needed.

Replace worn out parts such as belts.

Check for mould build up.
-
Check thermostat controls, humidity levels and timer.

Inspect moving parts such as fan motor, pulleys, bearings etc and lubricate where necessary.

Replace batteries and check all electrical connections.

Check the cabinet for possible leaks and see if its door is closing securely.
After the prevention maintenance is completed a post serve scanning is dine to determined if the system needs forther adjusting or any repair to improve the running efisiency. file a complite work report and provide the costumer with a copy.
